Total Area: 14500 sq. meters Notes: Prior to the renovation, Inn Tourist Hotel was operating according a 3 star hotel standards, and was upgraded through implementing renovation plans and observing required standards for a 5 star hotel.
	Project Subject: Total renovation and reconstruction of Simorgh Hotel (ex-Miami hotel) located in Tehran – Iran, including designing, demolishing, implementing, equipping, operating and managing Owner: Simorgh Grand Co. Total Area: 10000 sq. meters Notes: Prior to the renovation, Simorgh Hotel used to be a 3 star hotel, which was upgraded to a four star hotel through implementing renovation plans and observing required hotel standards during the reconstruction and operation phases.
