- Registered in Tehran - Iran as an affiliated company of Asia Trade Co. (ATC), Payvaran Asia Construction Experts Co. (PACE Co.) was established and registered to perform its activities in the fields of construction and civil engineering, focusing on designing, construction, reconstruction, renovation, equipping, operating and managing hotels, hotel apartments, motels and guest house complexes.
- Just from the beginning and in line to pursue engineering and technical services export activities of the mother company, Pace Co. assumed responsibility to continue the implementation of the renovation and reconstruction project of Tajikistan Inn tourist Hotel in the city of Dushanbe.
- The implementation of this project which consisted of demolition, redesigning, construction, and upgrading to a (4+) star hotel phases, was carried out and performed by Iranian experts and work force and by utilizing Iranian construction materials and equipment which was imported to Tajikistan from Iran. It is worthy to mention that Tajikistan Inn tourist Hotel project is considered as a successful International project performed by Pace Co., and is so registered as a valuable technical export services achievement and experience in the company’s records.
- Besides the different construction projects performed by Pace Co. managers and experts, it should be noted that, they have had successful implementation and completion of the renovation, reconstruction, equipping, and managing the Simorgh Hotel project in Tehran as their past individual achievement in their records and resume.
- The Asia Trade Co. (ATC) as the mother company to Pace Co. has been active in the field of international business and trade and benefits from a registered Co. in Beijing and also a commercial office in the city of Jinan in China. Utilization of facilities provided by the mother company and our sister company in China, puts Pace Co. in a position to enjoy and benefit from all these capabilities and facilities to enhance its capacities for carrying out supportive and foreign trade activities required for speedy and easy completion of the projects.
